Mr. Gullo has extensive experience representing and defending businesses both as in-house counsel and in private practice.
IN-HOUSE EXPERIENCE Mr. Gullo previously served as Assistant General Counsel for a national, commercial-trailer-manufacturing corporation. In that position, he managed the company's product liability, warranty, asbestos, and other litigation on a national basis, drafted and negotiated sales and warranty contracts, analyzed legislation, worked with management, industry groups, and NHTSA representatives on significant product issues, advised management on product defect investigations and recalls, and was involved in numerous special projects. He is therefore uniquely qualified to understand the pressures, responsibilities, and needs that management and in-house counsel face each day. He has successfully managed high-exposure litigation all over the country, and appreciates both the importance of excellent client service, and what it takes to provide it. PRIVATE PRACTICE EXPERIENCE Mr. Gullo provides legal consultation and representation to businesses operating in Michigan. He has a broad range of experience and expertise, and has successfully litigated a wide variety of complex cases in both state and federal courts. He is experienced in utilizing various ADR procedures in appropriate situations to efficiently resolve disputes prior to litigation, and to resolve lawsuits prior to trial. |
